We appreciate that your cat is very precious to you and that you want to ensure that they are safe, warm, well fed and as happy as possible while away from home. Every cat is completely unique so we encourage you to please provide as much information as possible to ensure that their stay is an enjoyable one.

We ask that your cat arrives in an appropriate safe carrier and that each cat MUST have their own up-to date inoculation certificate for feline infectious enteritis and upper respiratory infection (cat flu), and MUST be up-to date with their flea and worm treatment.
